Derek Seasonal Espresso - We named this most delightful seasonal espresso 'Derek' as the antidote to the super 'hip' in the specialty coffee world. Derek is a blend of 3 excellent fully washed coffees creating a beautifully balanced espresso. We have stone fruit from Africa, cocoa and almonds from Central America. Derek has good acidity and body with the flavours of Cocoa, Almond Biscotti and Apricot coming through.
Guatemala Bojangles - This coffee is classified as SHG which stands for Strictly High Grown, produced at an altitude of around 1350 meters above sea level. Coffee that is grown at high altitude with lower temperatures produces a slower maturing fruit and a much denser bean which creates a more desirable cup. This is the ideal height for gourmet coffee which allows the country to rank 2nd in the world in the amount of high grade coffee it produces and it has the highest percentage of its crop classified as high quality.

Columbia Women Farmers Club - Excelso coffee beans are large, but slightly smaller than Supremo coffee beans. Excelso beans are a screen size of 15-16, versus Supremo beans which are sized on screen 17. Colombian coffee is graded before shipment according to bean size. Supremo and Excelso coffee beans can be harvested from the same tree, but they are then graded by size. Excelso accounts for the greatest volume of coffee exported from Colombia.
Tasting notes: Citrus flavor, medium-bodied, rich acidity with a clean and sweet aftertaste.
Dream Jeanie Decaf - The Mountain Water Decaf process uses clear, pure water from glaciers and the highest mountains in South America. The green beans are immersed in water in order to extract the caffeine. The water contains the soluble components of the coffee beans which hold the elements of the individual coffee flavour, so that during the extraction of the caffeine the beans maintain their original taste components. The resulting coffee is 99.9 percent caffeine free. Once the decaffeination process is completed the beans are dried and packed. We are finding the coffee decaffeinated in this ultra modern plant to be the purest and cleanest. In addition, the process can be performed on relatively small batches of coffee, this means top quality coffees, rather than volume coffees can be decaffeinated. High quality coffees that are decaffeinated this way are a real break-through.
