Shipping policy

We aim to ship or deliver within 72 hours of completed payment - there may be special circumstances where this cannot happen. We will contact the customer directly on such occasions and explore alternative delivery options or a full refund.

Unless specified otherwise, purchases will be shipped in biodegradable paper bags

Any problems with shipping - such as spillages, missing items or damaged items - should be reported to Grow Refill Store within 24 hours of receipt of order
